Officer Toolkit
Event-by-event coordination playbooks for R4/R5 officers, plus ready-to-paste messages for alliance chat. This isn't the player-facing event guide — see each event's own page for that — it's what leadership does to run the event for everyone else.
All Out
- Publish NAP guidelines before the event opens — city/TC attacks on NAP alliances (including their farm/academy alliances) stay off-limits; resource-node attacks are fair game against anyone, NAP included. Normal NAP rules resume once the event ends.
Alliance Championship
- Post the registration message before Sign-up opens: everyone registers in the MIDDLE lane, formation 50% infantry / 20% cavalry / 30% archers.
- Check the lanes before the first battle — split into 2 equally powerful strong lanes with all your strongest players, then put everyone left over into the remaining lane.
- Optionally swap which lanes are the strong ones between battles, so opponents can't just stack up on your known power lane.
Alliance Mobilization
- Keep the mission board refreshed continuously through event days — this is the one lever leadership controls, and it's pure upside for every member. Always refresh past any alliance mission that would cost speedups, Truegold, hero shards, Forgehammers, Mithril, or gear materials — Alliance Mobilization and KvK never overlap, so members are always saving those for KvK. Reroll toward missions members can clear from ordinary play instead, and remind members to reroll matching exclusive missions themselves.
Bear Hunt
- Front row spots for Bear Trap should only go to strong members who join often and open rallies.
- Call the final push at the 6-minute mark: everyone opens a rally at the same time instead of waiting for a full queue, so no slot sits empty for the last round.
- Send the rally leader setup message below before Bear Trap starts.
Cesare's Fury
- For alliance-boss Ravagers: what counts is participation, not damage. Only scout once everyone's online, have everyone tag once with a single troop and no heroes, then call the real hit — that's what gets everyone their rewards.
- On the last day of the event, R4 should schedule Cesare's Fury for 13:00 or 14:00 UTC depending on Bear Trap, so the two don't collide.
Champagne Fair
- Remind members the Fair only unlocks after the server's third Hall of Governors and then runs ~monthly for two days — most of the value comes from stockpiling shards between Fairs, not from the two days themselves.
- If the alliance runs Diana farming, point members to it ahead of the window so Vouchers aren't the bottleneck when the Fair opens.
- Remind members to spend Vouchers on Widget Shards first — Hero Widgets are the hardest mythic-hero gear bonus to get otherwise, especially for F2P members who can't pick them up through packs.
Eternity's Reach
- Send out both messages below on the day of the event.
Hall of Governors
- Remind members to save materials for KvK — just do what's needed to get the daily rewards, don't push for rank.
Kingdom vs Kingdom
- Confirm shield coverage for the 10:00 UTC Battle Phase open the night before — anyone offline at open needs a shield set to cover their wake-up.
- Before Battle Phase, members with Truegold troops should switch to the alliance named "KvK" — that's the alliance built specifically for the battle. Everyone else stays in WIN and contributes with solo attacks.
- Once Battle Phase closes, post the stockpile reminder message below right away.
- Post the day-by-day spending guide as soon as Preparation Phase opens — it covers more categories (Intel Missions, Master Emblems/Manuscripts, Learning) than the summary table in the event guide, and members shouldn't have to ask what to spend each day.
Merchant Empire
- Post the caravan tips message before the event starts.
Mystic Trial
- Remind members to burn all 5 daily attempts on every active zone — attempts are only consumed on losses, so a win is free progress.
- Remind members Trial Crystals should only go toward Mithril in the Trial Shop — it's the highest-priority buy every week.
Sanctuary Battle No guide yet
- Signing up for Sanctuary and Fort means picking 3 candidate time slots — the game randomly assigns one of the 3, you don't get to choose directly. Pick all 3 slots to avoid overlapping with Bear Hunt (or any other scheduled rally event), since you can't control which one lands.
- Post rally times and targets before the window opens (e.g., 13:00 UTC → Fort 1, 14:00 UTC → Sanc 12) — the goal is capture-and-hold, not a one-off hit.
Swordland Showdown
- Register only members who will actually show up — inactive registrants inflate matchmaking power without contributing anything back.
- Need at least 15 registered to be eligible — recheck Legion assignments after voting closes, since Legions may merge if one doesn't have enough people.
- R4/5s should tag the map — call out priority nodes and incoming enemy positions live so the alliance isn't reacting blind.
Tri-Alliance Clash No guide yet
- Register only members who will actually show up — inactive registrants inflate matchmaking power without contributing anything back.
- Need at least 15 registered to be eligible — recheck Legion assignments after voting closes, since Legions may merge if one doesn't have enough people.
Viking Vengeance
- Schedule the run for 13:00 UTC each time. Reminder: this happens twice in the event window, so post the tips message again for the second run — don't assume the first posting still applies.
