Hero tier list

Hero rankings for Suppress and PvP. The active view (F2P or Spender) determines which track's ranking renders.

Tier lists are stored as structured data, not MDX, because they need a custom component that handles the dual F2P / Spender rankings and the stat-aware sorting. The component and data file will land alongside the first authored ranking.
