Moving resources from farm to main
The plunder method is Kingshot's only farm-to-main transfer. What to strip from the farm's defenses before your main attacks, and the order of operations.
The only way to move resources from a farm to a main in Kingshot is the plunder method: attack the farm with your main and loot whatever isn’t protected by the (level 1) Storehouse.
TL;DR
- The plunder method is the only resource transfer — Kingshot has no direct gift-resources feature
- Step-by-step per session:
- Send all the farm’s troops out on gathering marches
- Remove heroes from Walls and Guard Posts so they don’t contribute to defense
- Open every resource pack in the farm’s inventory
- From your main, scout then attack the farm’s city
- Repeat until the farm’s stockpile is drained
- Transfer when your main needs the resources for an upgrade, not on a fixed daily schedule — fewer wasted attack cycles
- Don’t spend gems to stop the burning until your main is done plundering. If the burn won’t last long enough to actually burn the city to 0, don’t extinguish at all
- The farm takes zero meaningful damage because troops are out and the loss is tiny resources back to your main
Stripping the farm’s defenses before the attack
Two parts to making the city defenseless:
- Send all troops out on gathering marches. Troops in the city defend it — a farm with troops home will fight back and inflict losses on your main’s attacking army. With troops out, the city is undefended and the attack is bloodless.
- Remove heroes from Walls and Guard Posts. These hero slots contribute defensive bonuses to garrison even when troops are away. Heroes left assigned can absorb chunks of the incoming attack or grant defensive buffs that slow your main’s looting. Pull them out before the first attack and leave them out until you’re done.
Combined, these put the farm in a state where attacks land cleanly and the main can run several consecutive raids without losses. This is why the before-bed routine and morning routine in Daily farm routine emphasize sending all marches out — that’s the first half of this precondition.
